ABOUT RANDAL BROWN, MD

​Randal Brown, MD, is a Kansas City native and graduate of Bishop Miege High School. He began his medical journey at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS as a Pre-med Biology major, subsequently completing his Medical School, Residency, Chief Residency, and Fellowship at KU Med.

​With a career spanning 25 years, Dr. Brown practiced in a large private Gastroenterology group in South Kansas City. His extensive experience includes outpatient clinics, endoscopy, and inpatient acute care at Shawnee Mission Medical Center, Saint Joseph Medical Center, Saint Luke’s South, Olathe Medical Center, and Overland Park Regional Hospitals. He is also a Past President of the Kansas City Saint Cosmas and Damian Catholic Medical Association.

​In response to growing concerns among patients and physicians regarding the current state of medicine, Dr. Brown established this practice to return medical care to its ethical Catholic roots. He offers unhurried, personalized care in a quiet, office-based setting. In addition to primary care, Dr. Brown provides full gastrointestinal endoscopy—including screening and surveillance for colon cancer—as well as diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy. His practice strictly adheres to the USCCB Catholic guidelines on healthcare and the directives from the National Catholic Bioethics Center.
